- You have the right to ask that all the personal data about you that is incorrect or inaccurate be corrected free of charge. If such a request is submitted, you should also add to the request, the proof that the personal data for which the correction is being requested is incorrect.

The technical feasibility of this will be assessed solely by VLAM.

The request must clearly state which right you wish to exercise and why. It must also be dated and signed and accompanied by a digitally scanned copy of your valid ID card which proves your identity. If the request is justified, we will grant it as soon as reasonably possible but no later than thirty (30) days after receiving the request without any further notification. If the request is unjustified, we will inform you of our refusal and the reason for refusing.
